CitiLoc, Inc. will be structured as a C corporation, located in Austin, Texas. There are four principals who will all invest money in the enterprise and who will take primary responsibility for the various operational aspects of the business.
As a new enterprise our primary objective will be to secure funding so that we can develop the required data base and web site to provide service to our customers.
